Q: What materials can be processed?
A: Mainly galvanized steel, cold-rolled steel, aluminum, color-coated steel, stainless steel.
Q: What thickness range can the machine handle?

A: The thickness of raw material is depend on which type of product you want to produce. Please contact our sales person to get more information.

Q: Can speed be adjusted?

A: Yes, variable frequency drive (VFD) allows stepless speed regulation.

Q: What control system is used?

A: PLC touch screen control (Delta/Siemens).

Q: Does it support auto cutting?

A: Yes, hydraulic or  electric motor cutoff with length accuracy ±0.5–1 mm.

Q: Can it punch holes during forming?

A: Yes, we can add a punching station before or in the roll forming line.

Q: What about profile tolerance?

A: Generally ±0.5–1 mm for length, ±0.3–0.5 mm for profile shape.

Q: Can the machine produce multiple profiles?

A: Only one profile per set of rollers; but we can use spacer or servo motor to achieve one group produce similar models. Please contact us for more details.  

Q: Do you offer installation and commissioning?
A: Yes, we provide engineer overseas service (ticket, accommodation, visa and engineer salary borne by buyer).

A: 5–10 years under normal use, depending on material and daily maintenance.
